EIM Controls   

HQ Series Electric Actuator

As an extension of EIM's 2000 Series MCP, HQ Series electric quarter turn actuators offer a light weight, compact unit sizable for butterfly, ball and plug valves including damper control. Torque capacities range from 40 ft-lb to 2,170 ft-lb, and models are available for 1ph and 3ph service as well as 24vdc and 24vac. HQ series electric actuator features include:

• Conforms to AWWA C540-93
• Standard construction is rated Nema 6, IP67, with optional IP68 temporary submergence
• Main housing electrical enclosure is designed for easy removal and equipped with captive bolts
• Can be padlocked to avoid unauthorized operation
• (4) limit switches
• Drive bushing is removable for ease of machining
• Advanced local control stations

M2CP Electric Actuators

The Series 2000 electric valve actuator provides options in frame sizes, horsepower ratings, and output speeds. Trivaco will meet the needs of your application with these actuators, which can be tailored to your specific requirements.Series 2000 quarter turn electric valve actuators include a variety of options in frame sizes, horsepower ratings and output speeds. EIM quarter turn products are selected by application requirements of voltage, torque, operating time, and valve shaft diameter. Actuators are made for ball, plug, and butterfly valves as well as quarter turn damper and louver drives.

The Series 2000 Multi-turn electric valve actuator products are specified according to voltage, torque, thrust, RPM, and stem or shaft diameter. Actuators are designed for service on gate, globe, check, stop-check, and angle-check valves as well as sluice gates, weir gates, and multi-turn damper drives.

M2CP Modular Control

EIM's M2CP modular control package provides a highly flexible, reliable, and competitively priced control system for electric valve automation. Servicing and upgrading are easily managed. The entire package or individual components can be removed and replaced in minutes. All components have been engineered to provide years of trouble free service.

TEC2000 Actuator

Trivaco offers the TEC2000, a system that enhances the EIM Series 2000 actuator with Total Electronic Control (TEC) features for the latest standards of control, performance, and power transmission technology. An electronic actuator designed for hard work and easy maintenance, it offers quarter-turn and multi-turn control in one non-intrusive actuator. The TEC2000 is different from other actuators that are supposed to be non-intrusive, but require the valve to be opened for fuse replacement. With a separate dual-seated terminal chamber housing the actuator's primary fuses, EIM’s TEC2000 is truly a non-intrusive actuator.

Three Tri-Set configuration setup methods are available with the TEC2000:

• Control knobs on Local Display Module (LDM) or on optional Remote Display Module (RDM)
• PC or PDA via RS-485 link to the actuator, or via the IrDA port, utilizing EIM's TecLinc software
• Optional keychain "Clicker" device can execute the entire actuator configuration process
